MAGNESIUM BODY WASH APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Dissolve 1-3 cups of flakes into a warm footbath or full tub, and soak for 30 min or longer. Dissolve up to 8lbs of magnesium flakes in a full body immersion for intense application. Temperature of the water should be warm, but not hot. Hot water can cause the skin to eliminate mag chloride vs absorb magnesium. Tips for First-time Use

• Dissolve 1–3 cups of the magnesium flakes into a warm footbath or full tub bath.
• For intense applications dissolve up to 8 lbs of magnesium flakes in a full tub bath.
• Temperature of the water should be warm, but not hot (101–103°F (39°C)). Hot water causes the skin to eliminate rather than absorb.
• Soak for 20 minutes or more.
• Following bath, rinse with warm water and pat dry.
